There have been MAJOR improvements to the house this past year!! (Fall 2010). The Chapter house has been outfitted with state of the art polarized energy efficient windows, to both save on energy costs and meet hurricane code. Additionally, UMiami has been gracious enough to plant all new palm trees inside/ouside of the barrier as well as next to San Amaro Dr. Special thanks to UMiami, Craig Marian (Housing Corporation President), and Gilbert Arias (UMiami Student Affairs) for putting in the hard work to make the house look amazing.
Our charity event, Spike for Mike was a HUGE success this year thanks to the the hard work of many brothers.
